Charcoal used to burn the molasses.
The most popular charcoal is the box of 80 Shisha-Lite Charcoal Discs Easy Lighting which is very good quality and lasts for 30 - 45 minutes per charcoal disc.
Some customers break the charcoal disc in two before lighting and then position the two pieces at diffrent locations on top of the clay bowl to burn the molasses.
