How does it work?

After you submit your application we will review it, approve it if everything is OK, and send you an email stating your account has been opened. In the email there will be information on how to format the links that will point to us. You can then advertise our store by placing banner(s) on your websites and earn commissions by directing visitors to our site.
Being an affiliate you can also download our products with the html code (Product HTML code) that's generated and place this on your own shisha site.

Your affiliate code will be directed to us so that we can track your guest visit to us and give you the credit for the sale. As long as the cookie remains on the customer's computer you will receive credit for their purchases!

Tell me about making money?

Once you have set up your affiliate account you will receive up to a 10% commission off any purchase originating from your site*. If you setup sub-affiliate accounts you will receive a 8% commission off any purchase that originates from their site! (See above)
After an order is completed and sent out you will receive credit for the sale.
Each month we will send you a check for your commission as long as it is £20 or more.
If you do not reach the £20 figure in the month then the figure is carried across to the next month.

FAQs 1. What are the payment options for commissions? We can send your commissions via bank transfer (wire transfer expenses are deducted from the sum of commissions) within 30 days after the cleared sum of your commissions will exceed the minimum transfer amount. You can use your commissions to purchase products offered by our company. To pay with your commissions just login into your Affiliate account go to 'Buy products/services' menu, select necessary product and services and select "Pay with my credit" payment option. 2. What is the minimum transfer amount? It is economically ineffective to transfer very small sums via bank transfer. Therefore commissions are credited to your account until they reach minimum transfer amount. After the sum of your commissions will reach or exceed the minimum transfer amount we will transfer you the commissions within 30 calendar days period on your request. At the moment minimum transfer amount is 20 UK pounds. 3. What is commissions clearance? To protect credit card holders and prevent affiliate system abuse we will withhold payment of referral fees until they are cleared. All orders for the previous month are automatically cleared at 25-th day of the next month. 4. I'm currently your client and have account in the members area. How can I signup for an affiliate program? If you already have member account you should use special signup link inside your account. This will prevent you from having separate member and affiliate accounts. 5. Do I have to wait until my commissions reach minimum transfer amount before I can pay with my commissions for your products or services. No. Any positive credit (cleared commissions) can be used for purchasing our goods and services. If the credit for your commissions is not enough to pay for the product or service you wish to order you can partially pay for order with your credit and the rest of your sum with your credit card. 6. Will my commissions be transferred automatically to my bank account after they will reach minimum transfer amount? No. You should login into your Affiliate account and click "Request credit transfer" button. We will send you money transfer within 30 calendar days from your request. Request button is inactive if your credit have not yet reached minimum transfer amount. 7. The links that you provided me for placing on my sites does not contain any affiliate parameters, ids etc. Will your affiliate system track my commissions without tagged links? Yes, we intentionally designed tag-free affiliate system so the links on your site will look naturally. So the visitor could not determine whether it is affiliate link or not. 8. How I can check if my affiliate code works correctly? If you wish to ensure that the system properly tracking customers coming from your site wait until your Partner site will be approved by our representative, put affiliate link code on your web site and click on it. Then login into your affiliate account and check if value of "Click through" counter for you Partner site increased. 9. I operate more than one web site. Do I need multiple Affiliate accounts? No. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately but all commissions are added to your single affiliate account. 10. What about product returns? If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
